There will be a £4.95 delivery charge for light equipment on orders between £50.00 and £150.00(net of VAT). The minimum order taken for light equipment is £50.00(net of VAT).

Carriers will only make delivery to the door of the Purchaser's premises or site, but not to locations within the Purchaser's premises. Installation is not included, unless otherwise agreed. The Purchaser must ensure that there are sufficient handling facilities to receive the goods, taking into account that some items may be very heavy. The Purchaser must also ensure that bulky items can fit through the necessary access. J.P. Commercial Kitchens Ltd will not accept reponsibility for any damage incurred resulting from the movement into or within the Purchaser's premises. The Purchaser must pay for any charges incurred from an unsuccessful delivery attempt by the carrier.

Deliveries to the UK mainland are free, unless otherwise stated. Times quoted for delivery are normally 3-4 working days. Deliveries required at specific times during the working day or specified next day deliveries, will carry an extra charge.

The Purchaser is advised that they should unpack and inspect all goods upon delivery. The recipient must sign for all deliveries. Any shortages, damage, incorrect or faulty equipment must be notified to us within 24 hours from receipt of goods, or a claim cannot be established. This does not affect the Purchaser's statutory rights as a consumer.

J.P. Commercial Kitchens is not liable for any consequential loss or special damages of any sort.
